When using your HRM....
Do you stop it immediately after exercise? I stop mine right away, but I've been hearing talk about letting it run until my heart rate returns to normal. I guess it doesn't matter unless you eat all of your exercise cals., but I'd like to know what others are doing.

Yay! Good news. My thyroid numbers are normal again. Finally landed on 175mcg Synthroid. Hopefully with continued commitment the remaining pounds will disappear quicker. Giving it back on free day.
Ok, I'm doing cardio 5-6 times per wk. and strength and cond. times per wk. I've seen results. Lately, though, it's getting more difficult to lose while incorporating a cheat day each week. Should I just start skipping my cheat meals?
