I hate the way water tastes so I thought Id ask if anyone has any ideas on how I can add some flavor etc that will still keep it...well water. I am currently taking in less than one glass a day and I know if I could just up that number my weight loss will increase. Any thoughts are welcome
Ok so I am an emotional eater, stress, family, work everything that makes me feel bad makes me want to have something good...this turns into food. Anyone else out there? What do you have going on that makes you make bad food choices? Any thoughts etc?
