Hi, I'm new to this site... it looks great! It's my very first day and I'm finding I'm having a hard time getting enough protein. I'm not a meat eater; chicken and turkey is ok; I eat very little dairy as well. Any ideas would surely be appreciated. Thanks ever so much! :heart:
Wow, a touchy subject eh? Ok, I know about digestive enzymes, but still I have yet to find anything that really really works well for the consumption of the beautiful bean! Any suggestions??? :sad:
