is it normal?
Once beginning a diet and workout plan, is it normal to drop a couple pounds really quickly, as in like the first 3 days? My bmi considers me obese, so I am just trying to find out if it is okay that i've already lost 2 pounds and have only been dieting and exercising for 3 days now. Any info will help! Thanks :)

So I had the hubs take some before pictures for me today (kind of wish he had done it 2 weeks ago before i started loosing, oh well). Anyway, my question is how often are you guys taking pictures to try and see progress. Every week, every two, once a month? I'm just trying to get some ideas. Thanks guys!
