do you know of a diet or workout that has been working. i would like info on anything. ive been doing the healthy people co. everslim shake, and ever lax pills and green oxygen and so far lost 3lbs in one week.
So I've been posting my food and exercise for about one week, and decided to introduce myself. I'm trying to get to my goal weight of 135-140 and I'm currently at 188 lost two lbs since I started. :) If any one has any good healthy recipes to share please do so. It seems I'm stuck eating the same stuff all the time. thanks
