So I've been posting my food and exercise for about one week, and decided to introduce myself. I'm trying to get to my goal weight of 135-140 and I'm currently at 188 lost two lbs since I started. If any one has any good healthy recipes to share please do so. It seems I'm stuck eating the same stuff all the time. thanks
