Weight Lifting and Women
I wanted to share with everyone the benefits of weight lifting. I joined MFP in January. I was in good shape as I am a marathon runner, however I wanted to start seriously lifting weights and eating right. The difference it has made is amazing. I'm trying to add photos anyone know how?

I am preparing for my 1st competition. I am 53 and will compete in the master division. I have not made up my mind between fitness and physique or should I say my body has not decided. Anyone out there with any experienc?

Diet Coke
Am I the only health conscious person addicted to Diet Coke, I'm 53, 5'9 140lbs, I eat healthly, exercise 7 days a week for at least 1.5 hours a day, run marathons and am currently training for a body building competition. What's my problem:grumble:
