Weight Lifting and Women

I wanted to share with everyone the benefits of weight lifting. I joined MFP in January. I was in good shape as I am a marathon runner, however I wanted to start seriously lifting weights and eating right. The difference it has made is amazing. I'm trying to add photos anyone know how?

Your photos have to be on the internet somewhere. Then you paste the link to it inside the bracket code:

Yep. It's steroids. Just a little joke, and my intent was to take it down after the OP posted pics.
The OP undoubtedly has a more appropriate before-after for real results of women who lift without steroid enhancement.
