Today is my first day battling my binge.. Before I'd just give into it. But I'm sick of eating to the point where it hurts to move or throwing up. I just have one quick question, and I will keep it simple and sweet. If i am trying to lose weigh and lean up a little.. is there such a thing as having too much protein? Is that good or bad for my diet?
