Adjusting the MFP Exercise Calories
I know MFP gives too many calories for exercise. So when I log exercise in MFP, I cut the amount it says I burned in half and log that number. So if I swam "freestyle mild/moderate pace" for 1 hour, instead of logging the 800 calories MFP says I burned, I log 400. I know a heart rate monitor is best for calculating, but…
