Hey All, I've started Stronglifts 5x5 this week and everything is going fine except my barbell row and deadlift. I can't seem to keep my back from rounding. I don't have this problem with my squats. This can't be right!!!
I just did a 2hr hike over fairly flat land, some minor hills but nothing huge, also had a pack on with 20lbs in it. When I added it to my exercise journal it said that I just burnt over 1300 calories! Is this right? How can that possibly be? I mean I'd be ecstatic if it is but I doubt it.
