Any idea for an emergency 3 weeks diet&exercise plan?
I need to cut 4kg (8.8lbs) before going out of town in 3 weeks. Anyone have an emergency exercise & diet plan to lose that much in 3 weeks? My exercises so far is dancing about 3x a week (1hour each), and I do legs workout. I'm planning on adding pilates to my exercise schedule, 6x a week perhaps. Is that enough?
