I am gaining more weight the more I walk

I am participating in Dietbet right now and it really is helping me stay motivated. I find that I am much more diligent with logging and weighing daily. The lbs are starting to fall off and it feels good to know that I have reasonable goal with a deadline. And if I don't win I lose my money. Anyone else doing it?
