Okay so I bought the book, I've been reading the book, and I find myself a bit confused. I'm not dumb by any means but I am finding it very difficult to read and comprehend everything in this book. Radio on Pandora. I absolutely love it. I have been listening to it non-stop since I created this station. It's a mix of booty shakin' old school rap. What are your favs that get you pumped? I like to listen to Pandora while working out, and this station really gets me pumped.

What's for breakfast?
I'm looking for some new breakfast ideas that are under 350 calories, really fill me up, and are somewhat easy to prepare. I've been eating granola bars of some type with some fruit for a few weeks now and I really want to change it up. Does anyone have any ideas?? And please no oatmeal!! Yuck :noway:
