Binge
Today I am proud of my self because even though I over ate some potatoes fried in olive oil, I read on what happens to our bodies when we do this and I skipped dinner by drinking Tulsi tea. My weakness is at home on weekends and at night. Wonder what others are doing to fight the binge attack?

weight loss after binge
Anyone else ever lose pounds the next day after a binge? Most times it goes up...due to sodium, I think; but sometimes I lose ..weird huh? I kind of think that it must be a shock to the sysem.mostly I eat healthy. ...but at night...that's when the. Monster wakes up....sometimes.
