Hi there, I've been on MFP for a couple of years, but left. Now I'm back after a hiatus and looking for some new motivating friends! I'm currently low carbing and trying to restrict my calories.

Afternoon slump - What do you do?
I think a lot of us experience this, around 3-4 p.m. we become tired and often crave something to boost our energy, spirits, etc. For me it's coffee, my partner in crime. However, I often also reach for carbs or chocolate. What do you do to combat the afternoon slump? I'd like to replace my more harmful habits! Best, BD

Weight Loss in Your 30s
When I was a teen and in my 20s losing weight was so easy. Now, in my 30s it takes more effort and dedication and it comes off at a far slower pace. Is anyone else experiencing this? Best, BD
