Does any one know of some nice vegetarian recipes that make you feel full and don't have completely obscure ingredients that you can't find anywhere?
Hello to the people of myfitnesspal.com! I am new to this site and also new to trying to lose weight. I'm hoping to be able to find encouragement, strategies for avoiding temptations, excersize ideas, (vegetarian) reciepes, and people with similar goals.
I am on my school's rowing/crew team and am "the fat girl" who can't do 20 pull ups in a row. Are there any rowers who know how I can get into the shape of my teammates? Are there any excersizes that I should do more of? Any tips?
