Just started a low carb/low sugar diet, in the last two days my total carbs and calories have been way under the 'goal' mark, sometimes half, but i keep exceeding the fat 'goal'. Is that ok for weight loss? My fat intake is not massively over, only by 3-10g. cheers :)
