Just started a low carb/low sugar diet, in the last two days my total carbs and calories have been way under the 'goal' mark, sometimes half, but i keep exceeding the fat 'goal'. Is that ok for weight loss? My fat intake is not massively over, only by 3-10g.

I use MFP's protein & fiber goals as minimums, and ignore the rest. But if you ask 100 MFPers, you'll get 100 different opinions. Everybody's different, and weight loss takes a whole lot of trial & error to find what works for you.

The only goal that matters for weight loss is calories. The rest is a matter of your personal goals and preferences and lifestyle etc. as long as you consume fewer calories than your body uses, you will lose weight.0
