your poor metabolism

Those who claim ecigs and vaping are worse than cigarettes or toxic need to have a nice long lie down and think about what they've said 100% idiotic
-
Just had a 2000 calorie cheat meal. I was already at 1,300 for the day. I'm not even mad.
-
And wow, eat more
-
You go to the gym. You build muscle. You have lost fat and gained muscle. Hence, weight gain.
-
Eat completely normal the next day. It doesn't matter.
-
If you're not doing resistance/strength training then I don't think that 6lb gain is muscle. Are you weighing and measuring your foods correctly?
-
Yes. Water poisoning is a thing and people have died from it. But you'd have to consume monolithic amounts of it.
-
once a week
-
i have cheat snacks, not meals. and i make sure they fit into my calories or don't make them go into crazy numbers
-
Once a month, once every 3 months...yeah sure, go nuts. But once a week? Doesn't do a lot to encourage regular, sustainable healthy eating & habits. You'll end up looking forward to eating junk/overeating instead of eating and enjoying enough good foods every day
-
And this is why you don't eat less than 1200 NET (I repeat, NET) a day. Don't be silly.
-
Cheers. Enjoy your week
-
Just to add I now eat 300g minimum carbs a day, feel FANTASTIC and I'm losing weight at the same rate.
-
Low carb/keto....NEVER AGAIN. Ruined my metabolism, made me feel miserable, couldn't sustain it, ridiculous community
-
Uh oh sugar hate brigade
-
As long as they're good, natural sugars (fruit, veg, naturally occurring) there is absolutely no problem eating even 150g a day. (I do) Just stay away from processed and added sugars.
-
mate this topic made me crave a banana it was a good banana
-
Wow.
-
Enjoy your tacos and pie. You're not going to put on like 10lb, a pound at the most and that will come back off. Don't dwell on it! Only leads to more negativity.
-
I return to my normal deficit. It happens. It won't matter
-
I ate half a large takeaway pizza once, got terrified I'd messed up my entire weight loss and got all sad....a week later I'd still lost a lb. Just eat a little less tomorrow and excersise a bit more
-
PORRIDGE Eat porridge. Chop up a banana into it. Under 350 calories and keeps you full until lunch
-
Don't try and tell me 500 calories net a day is good for you and sustainable.
-
Meet me outside, we'll settle this.
-
20 bananas
-
Christ no It will ruin your metabolism, your health, your energy levels Not healthy at all, get a new dress.

Pasta I win

I will bet my mortgage that you didn't gain 2lb of mass/fat.
