1 Year on myfitnesspal.com - 55 pounds lost! BEFORE and AFTER photos
Today marks my 1 year anniversary using myfitnesspal to track my fitness goals, I'm down 55 pounds overall and have lost 8 inches on my waist, and 3 inches around my neck. Regular exercise (walking and jogging) and counting calories got the job done. Thanks for the help myfitnesspal!

1 year and 50+ pounds lost (Before and After photos)
I started with MyFitnessPal and a FitBit back in January of this year at 230 pounds, I'm down to 177 and hit my fitness goal of losing 50 pounds by my 50th birthday in October. I'm still working on losing 10 more pounds but I wanted to share a few of my before and after photos, these are all 1 year apart, 2013 - 2014.

Lost 53 pounds in 250 days (before and after picture)
Using a Fitbit One along with myfitnesspal.com, the tried and true exercise and calorie counting worked for me. Starting on Jan 17th 2014 my goal was to lose 50 pounds before my 50th birthday on October 10th, I beat the goal by 1 month and am on target to lose a couple more pounds before my 50th! I plan on stopping at 60…
