Looking to hit 2 stone mark this week!

Worked hard = 3/4lb off only :( Gutted!
I have been sooo dedicated this week! Every night I have done 2 classes at the gym, worked real hard on my cardio and also weight training. Have ate healthy whole foods, cut out carbs and bread, step on the scales........3/4lb!!!! I know it is not all about the scales but that has trully gutted me this morning :(

Please add me if you are a veggie as I am struggling with having a diet consisting of carbs and little protein!! I do not like tofu and do not eat quorn products as to me they taste like meat and that's reason I'm a vegetarian in the first place! xx

Can someone view my diary and give advice please?!
Thought I had a really good week but have stayed the same weight :( I know that these things take time etc but I have only lost 12lb and was hoping to have that 2lb this week to get off my first stone. Have people I know getting better results on the scales who have still been having treats etc!

Oh no! Just weighed myself and only 0.5lb off! :( HELP!
So now I want to go and eat chocolate! Aww, thought I had done really well this week, wonder if the bread has made a difference?! Have drank loads of water, havent had the chance to exercise as much as husband been working so maybe that has made a difference!?

Help! Calories v Fat
Hi all, Trying to get my head round this! I make a veg lasagne and have worked out that the calorie content per portion is 341 but the fat is a scary 22g per portion!
