I'm kinda new to MFP, looking to get back into good shape like I was 3 yrs ago when I was trying to get into the Navy. Just finished Day 2 of Insanity and it's one mother****er of a workout lol not in the greatest of shape right now as I couldn't even finish the last circuit. lookin for some advice/tips from other Insanity…
