Weight/strength exercises with limited shoulder movement

Building Runner's legs
I have recently started jogging. Nothing fancy just intervals of jogging and walking. I find my breathing is OK but it's my legs that let me down, particularly my hamstrings and calves. 100 lbs down
Just realised I am 100 lbs down from my heaviest recorded weight back in 2003. I kept off 50 to 85 or so pounds for 10 years I kept on yo yo ing but now it is 100 lbs gone. 49 since the end of January this year and 33 of those since April 2nd .

Tips for 48 yr old starting to run
