I have a frozen shoulder so I am unable to lift my left arm above my shoulder, put my arm behind my back or raise it out to the side. I am able to lift my arm up to chest level. I am looking for exercises I can do, lifts using free weights, using kettlebells or body weight exercise. Push ups are painful as are planks as they hurt that shoulder joint. Any suggestion?

Talk to your doctor about getting physical therapy.

I had a frozen shoulder and seriously suggest you see your doctor about some physical therapy. A PT will give you exercises for your specific shoulder injury that will strengthen it and help get the range of motion back.

I was using weights and I have tendinitis in my shoulder. It really started to hurt and I just made an appointment with a physical therapist. They will give me safer exercises I can do at home
