I have a frozen shoulder so I am unable to lift my left arm above my shoulder, put my arm behind my back or raise it out to the side. I am able to lift my arm up to chest level. I am looking for exercises I can do, lifts using free weights, using kettlebells or body weight exercise. Push ups are painful as are planks as they hurt that shoulder joint. Any suggestion?

I had a frozen shoulder and seriously suggest you see your doctor about some physical therapy. A PT will give you exercises for your specific shoulder injury that will strengthen it and help get the range of motion back.0

I was using weights and I have tendinitis in my shoulder. It really started to hurt and I just made an appointment with a physical therapist. They will give me safer exercises I can do at home0
