Burning more calories in the morning than the evening
Has anyone noticed via a hrm, that they burn more calories in the morning than the evening? I bike to work in the morning and home in the evening - takes anything between 56 - 62 mins - but in the morning my HRM says that I burn around 650-720 and in the evening it drops off - 550-600 Has anyone got any ideas as to why?

how do you account for cooking with fats
Hi - just wondering - when I cook, I tend to use olive oil or olive based margarine but I am concerned when I account for my calories - do they account for the oils that you use - for example - a scrambled egg, I use some oil to coat the bottom of the pan - does the database account for the oil.
