Is it better to workout 3 times a week for 60 minutes per session or 6 times a week for 30 minutes a session? I row for about 60 minutes twice a week and have just joined a gym to use the weights which is taking me well over an hour to do the programme set out for me by the PT and im not slacking off taking big breaks…
