So...I am starving at bed time...any suggestions for a filling snack that will ease my grumbles and not do tons of damage...help

calories burned from lifting
So the MFP database...when I lift weights for 30 to 45 minutes...it does not say that I burned very many calories. Is it right?

need some folks to keep me accountable
I have been on MFP for 38 days...this time. Before, I was on for a few months. I can easily drop the first 10 pounds...which I have done. It is the next 10 that gets me. Anyone feel free to jump in and push me...South Carolina here...help a southern guy out...hahaha
