night time hunger

So...I am starving at bed time...any suggestions for a filling snack that will ease my grumbles and not do tons of damage...help

    One that fits in to your daily nutritional goals, that you enjoy, and that won't give you sleep issues.

    This. I always eat chocolate before bed. There are obviously healthier options, but this has been working for me!

    100 calorie popcorn
    Banana with PB2
    Apple with PB2
    Veggies with hummus
    Cheese and crackers
    Greek yogurt
    Cottage cheese
    Nuts

    save a decent amount of calories for a nighttime snack and eat some almonds and peanuts. very satiating.

    Anything that fits into your goals. My favorite bedtime snack is a bowl of cereal. No damage suffered. :blush:
