Just curious if anyone is still active on here. I've been following Pavel T. since Simple and sinister came out, and I am a big fan of Geoff Nuepert as well. I've been using kettlebells for over 2 years now and have recently decided to get serious about the nutrition as well.
Have been considering dropping the money on one of these, and I was wondering if anyone has found this to be worth the money or is it just another gadget that you cant quite trust?
Since its about 50 degrees warmer here today than it has been in a month I grilled some hamburgers. Whats the best way to track them? 80/20 hamburger 1/2 lb before cooking and 4 - 5 oz after grilling? do you figure the lost ounces as .... fat?
