Since its about 50 degrees warmer here today than it has been in a month I grilled some hamburgers. Whats the best way to track them?
80/20 hamburger 1/2 lb before cooking and 4 - 5 oz after grilling? do you figure the lost ounces as .... fat?

Use the raw weight whenever possible... even if you lose some fat.0
