Gained it all back - here we go again!
I lost 53 pounds and was just 4 pounds from my target when I had to start some steroids and gained it all back. So I'm back. I'd love to hear from / friend people who have been through a gain, lost it again and have kept it off. Need some motivation!

Itchy legs during workout?
I have no idea why but my legs used to start itching really bad when I was running or jogging. Since I've lost over 40 pounds, I've not had that issue until this morning. Disgusted w/ myself
I did this 2 years ago. I lost 50 pounds. I've gained back 51. I'm miserable. I'm heavier than I've ever been. Disgusted with myself. Anybody yo-yo and then finally succeed in keeping the weight off? I hit 3 milestones today!
1. I am no longer in the obese category!! 2. I weigh less today than I did on my wedding day 11 years ago. 3. I've broken the 30 pounds lost mark - I've officially lost 30.2 pounds in just under 4 months! This feels soooooo good!!! Oh, I almost forgot.... I'm now officially OVER 1/2 way to my goal!!!

I can't tell you how excited I am to be 1.2 pounds away from being overweight! I've been in the obese category for 11 years!!!! That's my goal this week - to lose 1.2 pounds and end up in the overweight zone. So far, I've lost 28.4 pounds and I have 26 left to go - over 1/2 way there, baby!! Yippie!!!
