I'm eating and excersizing but putting on weight, any advice
I'm 245 pounds and I'm 6foot5, my goal is 2240 a day and I've lost 538 calories today and ate 1490, my net is 952 but I don't understand why it says I have put on a pound on my scales today, I've had alot of protein today but not over my limit, I had a chicken breast sandwich with oatmeal bread,havens cherios for breakfast…

confused with net calories and how much I should eat
Hi I'm arran and I'm abit confused, my goal a day is 2245 and I eat 1800 but I've burnt 600 calories then my net is 1000 or something like that, does that mean I need to eat more till I get to 2245 or do I need to get my food category up to 2245? Please help and add me, thanks.

right I'm trying to get the hang of it, so say if my daily calorie limit is 1770 and I eat around that much but exercise atleast 500 off and my net is 1270, is that good or bad and does that mean I'm loosing weight or not :/ so confused, I only went over my sugars on nutrients today, struggling to get the just of it all…
