Hi I'm arran and I'm abit confused, my goal a day is 2245 and I eat 1800 but I've burnt 600 calories then my net is 1000 or something like that, does that mean I need to eat more till I get to 2245 or do I need to get my food category up to 2245? Please help and add me, thanks.

If you have a net of 1000 calories per day you should lose 2 pounds per week, but if your feeling hungry eat back your exercise calories, it may or may not work for you.0

Depending on how much weight you want to lose per-week, you can eat both your base calories and whatever deficit you create through exercise or work
For example my base count is around 1400 calories to lose 2 pounds a week
but I generate through exercise about a 700 calorie deficit
SO...in total I have about 2100 calories I can eat in a day,
and still lose 2 pounds a week
If you want to simply want to remain your current weight then...yes you would have to eat back all of your deficit calories or adjust your workout0
