I am consistently low on protein and I am think of incorporating a protein powder into my diet. I have no idea where to buy though, does anyone have a recommendation?

I have lost 17 pounds so far. My calorie goal has been 1610. How often should I update my calorie goal? After 10 pounds, 20 pounds, or should I just wait until I hit a plateau?
