I personally drink at least 64 oz of H2O everyday and I count that as my daily water intake. Everything else like tea, coffee, etc is a beverage to me.

I always measure, I bought a measuring spoon set that has a 2T spoon. After reading this thread though, I might start weighing everything. My family will thank me for not having to wash all those measuring spoons/cups. Plus there is always some that sticks to the spoon or cup and I feel cheated, lol.

I have never tried Gouda, but this sounds delish! I will definitely have to try this. I wonder, would it be just as good if you didn't puree it and left it chunky?

Thank you all for your positive words and advice! I finally made myself walk tonight, mainly because I went over my calories and I was disappointed, so I wanted to make up for them with excercise. I walked 2 miles and I felt amazing afterwards. I forgot how good that "high" feels!!! I am now aiming to walk every other day…

When I do excercise, I walk. I always buy running shoes and I have no foot issues whatsoever. I work for an orthopedic clinic and our foot doctor always encourages people to buy the most cushioned shoes you can afford, too protect the bones in your foot from stress. :) I prefer ASICS, they are super comfy and have nice…
