So officially finished month one, now moving onto the recovery week! I'm feeling a little tented the skip it and just power through to month two, but I'm guessing Shaun t put the week in for a reason, anyone finished recovery week? Was it worth it?

dizziness with seated db shoulder press
Hi all, I just recently started with a weight training program and have noticed when I do seated db shoulder presses I get extremely dizzy. I thought I was using to heavy of weights so I decreased the weight but am still getting dizzy. Any suggestions on what else could be causing it? Thanks! Samantha
