Sugar cravings in the evening
Hi I usually do plenty of exercise and am well below my daily calorie allowance by the end of the day. However, by about 8 in the evening I am drawn to biscuits, cakes etc, in fact anything with sugar! Is there anything I can do to stop this? sheer willpower alone does not always work!

I have museli for breakfast (sometimes with strawberries etc) lunch I have a large bowl with a mix of fresh pineapple, grapes, strawberry, kiwifruit, banana etc with natural yoghurt. does our metabolism change in winter?
Just wondered really. Have tried many times to lose weight and seem to be most motivated in the spring and make good progress in the spring and summer but it slows right down in the winter months. Do we tend to store more fat in the winter?

Hi there I am going to a mens night at the church tonight and the idea is a take away and a movie. TBH the only take aways I have had lately is veggie delight from subway! (basically wheat bread stuffed with salad - no cheese and no sauces) Any advice on something else thats a healthy choice?
