Completely stalled out
Hello, When I set up my Goals, I used the guided method as recommended by MFP: 1,650 calories/ day --> which should result in a loss of 1.0 lbs/ week My 1st weight goal is to weigh 170lbs, (I'm a 40-year-old male, 5' 9").
