To many quest bars/fiber??
Ok so no one in my family cooks and im only 15 so Im too lazy to cook or eat actual real food most of the time... Im trying to maintain on 1650 calories a day and the past two days ive eaten 5 quest bars each day (plus other food aswell) I just want to know is that healthy?!?! Its like over 90 grams of fiber.
