To many quest bars/fiber??

Ok so no one in my family cooks and im only 15 so Im too lazy to cook or eat actual real food most of the time... Im trying to maintain on 1650 calories a day and the past two days ive eaten 5 quest bars each day (plus other food aswell) I just want to know is that healthy?!?! Its like over 90 grams of fiber. There just so easy to grab and SO good

    And no, you really need a variety of foods to be healthy, especially at your age. Salads are easy to make, and you can add just about anything to them.

    Meh, I've never had a problem with them, I've had periods where ive eaten 2-5 a day without any negative side effects.

    No, 5 a day is not good. I'm surprised you're not constipated or farting up a storm. Eat food. Being 15 is no excuse to not fix yourself something. You could cook but you don't have to. Just choose food more often over bars.
