HRM question
I am looking into buying a Heart Rate Monitor and had some questions. Are the ones that are just watches as accurate as the ones with the straps? I'm afraid of buying the strap one because I have a feeling the strap won't fit me. Thanks for any insight on these products!

Mental health and weight loss
Two years ago I was diagnosed as being bipolar. Since then I have had a hard time losing weight because of the medications. I am looking for others that are in a similar boat that would be interested in beings friends. I could really use the motivation and support to keep going. Thanks!!

Ankle injury
About 3 months ago I broke my ankle. I recently just got out of the boot. (last Thursday in fact). I'm just wondering if its to soon to start back to the Y to ride the bike or maybe someone has some ideas on good exercises to do till my ankle is more up to the task. Any tips or help would be great!!

New goal question
Well I have a new goal. To lose 100 lbs by next August. My husband is taking me to Las Vegas for our 10 yr anniversary. I have it figured out that I have to lose 8.3 lbs a month for the next 12 months. Is that to high of a goal to try and lose that much a month or should I try to for a smaller goal?

water weight
is it possible to gain 7-10 lbs worth of water weight. About a week ago I weighed about 10 lbs more than what I do today and was just wondering if I am crazy or if that is just water weight I had gained.
