measuring cereal
I'm pretty sure I know the answer to this but how do you measure cereal. Do you measure 1 cup in a measuring cup or use a food scale, In the case of the food scale, how many ounces is it? I think the rule is a measuring cup for liquid and food scale for all others. Am I correct? Thanks everyone, Pat

I bought a rotisserie chicken from Costco today. I had 4.5 oz and when I entered it in, it said that it had 690 sodium!!!!!! :mad: I didn't eat any ot the skin. Is this true? I thought I was doing good, but shoot. How do I keep the sodium down? Sodium is definately my demon. I'd appreciate any and all thoughts on this.

I am soooooo excited. I am officially in size "6" clothing. Anything I try on in that size fits!! Had to treat myself to new jeans and jacket. My daughter says I "rock it". LOL Lots of hard work. Have to be an exercise maniac like Keri now :wink: Check out my jeans pictures.

SODIUM
I am having a really tough time with the evil "sodium". I did very well all day today but then had 1/2 c of the mushroom soup over my dinner and (when I went to log) discovered the mushroom soup had 850 mg of sodium!!! Since December, I have lost almost 45 lbs but have been stuck for the past few months. I watch portion size and most times do NOT get to my calorie intake of 1200 a day.
