I am looking for something that I can grab and go in the morning. I will be up early and walking before work. I will have about ten minutes to have a bite to eat or drink. I don't want to wait until my first break at work, that isn't until ten in the morning. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!!
I'm new to MFP and I am going crazy. I put my food in and come out around 100 calories short sometimes. Is that ok? Am I going to gain weight? It tells me I am in starvation mode!
