walked on treadmill today. (treadmill registered 235 calories) purchased hrm and it registered 0 calories burned. i purchased the mio motiva @ 69.00. do i trust the treadmill or the monitor. did i do something wrong you think. the timer part was accurate.

how to log excercises
50 chair lifts 150 jumping jacks 200 situps i an new to exercising so i accepted the challenge but i cant log it by time because if rest inbetween (20 repitions at a time) till it get it done. how do i log it in my exercise, and is this why i'm going to bed hungry because i am not logging my exercising
