how to log excercises

50 chair lifts

150 jumping jacks

200 situps

i an new to exercising so i accepted the challenge but i cant log it by time because if rest inbetween (20 repitions at a time) till it get it done.

how do i log it in my exercise, and is this why i'm going to bed hungry because i am not logging my exercising

    Log each time you exercise separately. I have to do it that way.

    you can list it under something like circuit training, or strength training, or aerobics?? and time yourself for the whole thing, you'll be fine. even the resting periods.

    but for the best accuracy, get an HRM.

    Jumping jacks are under the cardio section. I did about 2 mins today which was about 90-100 jumping jacks (sorry i lost count after 60! But did 50 in 1 min) so not sure if that helps? not sure bout the others, but well done! And keep up the hard work!
