Graveyard..
Does anyone here else work a graveyard shift?? I work from 8p.m.-4a.m. and I find it very hard to wake-up and work out. When I get off I normally go straight to bed and then I won't wake until about 4 or 5 p.m. and by that time I get up and start getting ready for work 'cause I get a ride around 6:30. It's frustrating…

Being fat is just easier..
Why do I lose my motivation so quickly?!?? I have my days where I get so pumped up to exercise and eat healthy but then a few days later or even weeks I just completely lose it. Idk if anyone can help ('cause I'm sure this is more of a mental thing) but, why can't I stay motivated? And what keeps you motivated??
