Graveyard..

Does anyone here else work a graveyard shift?? I work from 8p.m.-4a.m. and I find it very hard to wake-up and work out. When I get off I normally go straight to bed and then I won't wake until about 4 or 5 p.m. and by that time I get up and start getting ready for work 'cause I get a ride around 6:30. It's frustrating because I do wanna start going to the gym again and really lose some weight I'm just soook exhausted. Oh and on top of that I go to school full time. So if anyone has any suggestions on how I can do it all please let me know! Oh, and I find it hard to eat as well since I'm asleep. I usually eat about once a day, twice at the most.
