Wanted to get some opinions on what everyone uses and why!!! Raw, refined, or artificial sweetner?? Butter, margarine, or something like smart balance spread?
I have been searching through older posts and there just doesnt seem to be an accurate way to calculate weight lifting calories burned. Does anyone know of a web-site where you can enter in the number of reps with weight lifted instead of just minutes? I spend an hour of my time in the gym everyday weight training....but…
For those of you who do strenght training as well as cardio how do you figure out how many calories you have burned??? I spend half of my time in the gym doing cardio and the other half lifting, but this site doesnt calculate those calories. Any suggestions??
Anyone have any suggestions for a low calorie cocktail??? This and chocolate so hard to live without!! :tongue:
