For those of you who do strenght training as well as cardio how do you figure out how many calories you have burned??? I spend half of my time in the gym doing cardio and the other half lifting, but this site doesnt calculate those calories. Any suggestions??

There's a "strength training" option IN the Cardio Exercise area. I remember reading somewhere that it's very difficult to estimate calories burned for strength training, so that's why the site doesn't register calorie burns for it. You can always use a HRM (or look up calorie burn elsewhere online) and quick-add your calorie burn for the exercise.0
